The final phase of renovation at the campus is scheduled to be open to the public on June 1, 2009 with the completion of 45 new upscale Independent Living suites (samples seen above). The spacious apartments offer much larger accommodations with many of the floor plans exceeding 1500 sq. ft. Each suite offers oversized kitchens, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, large closets, ADA compliant bathrooms and the amenities that Orlando Lutheran Towers is so well known for. A newly constructed parking garage, wellness center, Bistro and expanded dining room complement the tradition of service that has been the cornerstone of the campus for the past 29 years. There are 5 floor plans to choose from with the option of numerous upgrades available from granite countertops to various kitchen packages. The campus has under gone a complete software upgrade that includes secure wireless access for residents and visitors, newly upgraded digital phone system, dedicated internet and wireless nurse call system and the foundation for future telemedicine upgrades for each apartment. All services are integrated into a 24 hour a day security support system that monitors the safety and security of the campus and it's residents.
